Adelaide Gang Show 2024

Whatever your background, whatever your interest, there is a place for you in the Adelaide Gang Show family. Adelaide Gang Show offers youth members the opportunity to develop skills in Singing, Acting and Dancing, and participate in a full Stage production, along with community activities like the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant.

Perhaps you are interested in roles off stage such as the technical side to putting on a theatre production, band or are interested in helping in one of our support roles?  Adults and Youth Members over 15 can be involved in one of our many behind the Scenes technical Roles.

3rd June   - 2nd November

Performances: Norwood Concert Hall, The Parade, Norwood
Tuesday 29th October - Saturday 2nd November (with a night off on October 31)

 

 JOINING THE CAST in 2024

Auditions for cast will be held on:

·         Sunday 7th April

·         Monday 8th April

·         Sunday 14th April

·         Monday 15th April

There are 4 sessions available (your attendance at 1 session is required).

 

Eligibility

·         Cast members must at all times be registered and financial members of Scouts SA Branch or the Girl Guide Association

·         Scouts & Guides who will 8 by the 28 October 2024 and under 35 are eligible to audition

 Adelaide Gang Show is committed to the Health and Safety of our cast and crew and therefore may not accept all auditioning applicants into cast.

Fees for 2024 is $100

 

JOINING THE CREW in 2024

Many hands make light work and we are always looking for new crew members to join our family. 

There are many departments that play a pivotal role such as; Administration, Finance, Marketing, Events, and Technical (lighting, audio, wardrobe, make up, etc.)  

 

 Eligibility

·         If under 18 years - A registered Scout, Venturer or Girl Guide

·         If over 18 years – A registered Rover, Scout Leader or a registered Adult Helper with Scouts SA.

NOTE: limitations regarding the number of people per department, age limitations and other exclusion criteria may apply for some departments. 

 

 Girl Guide Members please email our Administration Team, administration@adelaidegangshow.com.au who will be able to assist you with registration to the Myscout System.

 

 Registration Process:

1. (Cast only) All Cast must register, and attend an audition session.  Audition sessions will be held in 2024.

2. (Cast and Crew) Register for Cast or Crew through this application on Myscout.  Crew, please select the department areas you would like to work in, plus 2 other preferences.

3. (Cast and Crew) Once you have registered to this event and have attended an audition (cast only) you will receive an invite to share your Operoo profile with Adelaide Gang Show.  If you do not have a profile, you will be invited to create a profile.
The MyScout Registration system will record and manage your Membership compliance (Registration, screening and training Status).
The Operoo system will be used to manage your medical information, the administration of permission and administrative forms, and member communications.

Fees are not payable upfront and Cast and Crew will be invoiced at the start of the Season.
