What is Retreat?

The Venturer Retreat is a weekend away to get you all thinking about some of the more spiritual and emotional side of life - morals, values, life choices, and things that are important to you, your friends, your family and all of humanity. The course will allow you to complete your Venturer Award Ideals tape, but even if you don’t care about the badge work, we are sure you’ll come home with a fresh outlook on life and hopefully you’ll discover something more about yourself too.

The weekend covers VA Ideals in the old scheme and Special Interest Award (SIA) areas within Growth & Development or Creating a Better World in the new scheme  (Pioneers).
